Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

During launches, sales, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times shown by the shipping carrier are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.

Sun and Stitch is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Sun and Stitch is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sun and Stitch is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.
